Job summary

Urban Outfitters at 604 State St in Madison is seeking a Key Holder to partner with store management in daily operations, set an energetic pace, and drive sales through genuine customer connections and brand integrity. You will lead by example on the sales floor, share product knowledge, support opening and closing tasks, process shipments and omni‑channel orders, uphold safety and visual standards, and foster an inclusive, team‑oriented store culture.

Qualifications
