Formación

• Proven experience delivering sales, consumer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior leadership experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Ability to coach and motivate associates to improve selling and the consumer experience.

Responsabilidades

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set and reinforce performance expectations and goals.
• Lead on-duty responsibilities and address consumer experience issues.
• Partner with leadership to support action plans and execute operational activities.
• Implement floorset direction to bring the product story to life.
• Meet payroll targets with appropriate sales floor coverage.
• Provide feedback to leaders and model selling behaviors rooted in company values.
