Job summary

Bath & Body Works, Inc. in United States (OH) seeks an Assistant Brand Experience Leader to partner with the Brand Experience Leader in developing outstanding associates and delivering exceptional consumer experiences.

You will help drive growth across the brand, lead store teams, and model selling behaviors grounded in our values. You will train, coach, and empower associates, set clear expectations, and ensure payroll targets are met while maintaining high standards of service and product

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, consumer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a leadership role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Thrives in a consumer-first based retail environment.
• Ability to foster a consumer-focused selling culture.
• Effective communication skills, being open to feedback, and the ability to adapt quickly.
• Ability to provide in the moment coaching to associates.
• Ability to de-escalate store and consumer situations effectively.
• Must be available to work peak days and times, including varied shifts of evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set and reinforce clear performance expectations, results goals, and accountability with all associates.
• Lead responsibilities as delegated by Brand Experience Leader, including acting as leader on duty during scheduled times.
• Partner with leadership team to support action plans that improve results and ensure execution of operational activities.
• Implement floorset direction to optimize the business and bring the product story to life.
• Perform opening/closing routines including bank deposits and shipment receipt.
• Set daily direction and goals for the team when associates arrive.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback to leaders.
• Meet payroll targets by ensuring appropriate sales floor coverage and selling focus.
• Lead in-store consumer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge.
• Create connections with consumers through uncovering needs, product demos, and personalized recommendations.
• Train, coach, reward, and motivate associates to improve selling and consumer experience.
• Reinforce selling expectations, performance, and accountability with all associates.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and store appearance; lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
