• Proven experience delivering sales, consumer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a leadership role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Thrives in a consumer-first based retail environment.
• Ability to foster a consumer-focused selling culture.
• Effective communication skills, being open to feedback, and the ability to adapt quickly.
• Ability to provide in the moment coaching to associates.
• Ability to de-escalate store and consumer situations effectively.
• Must be available to work peak days and times, including varied shifts.

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set and reinforce clear performance expectations and accountability with all associates.
• Act as leader on duty to address consumer experience, vendor relations, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with brand experience leadership to support action plans and ensure execution.
• Implement floorset direction to optimize the business and tell the product story.
• Perform opening/closing routines, including deposits, shipments, and directives.
• Set direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive.
• Provide individual and team feedback to leaders.
• Meet payroll targets by ensuring appropriate sales floor coverage and selling focus.
• Lead in-store experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
