Bath & Body Works in the United States seeks an Assistant Brand Experience Leader to partner with the Brand Experience Leader to develop outstanding associates, deliver exceptional and consistent consumer experiences, and positively impact growth across Bath & Body Works.

Our store leaders are the front line of our field leadership team: they’re retail and consumer-savvy, dedicated brand ambassadors, and thrive on the connections we make with our consumers.

Competenze

• Proven experience delivering sales, consumer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a leadership role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Thrives in a consumer-first based retail environment.
• Ability to foster a consumer-focused selling culture.
• Effective communication skills, being open to feedback, and the ability to adapt quickly.
• Ability to provide in the moment coaching to associates.
• Ability to de-escalate store and consumer situations effectively.

• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to policies across the store.
