Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, consumer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Thrives in a consumer-first based retail environment.
• Ability to foster a consumer-focused selling culture.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly.
• Ability to provide in-the-moment coaching to associates.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Lead on duty when scheduled to address consumer experience or maintenance issues.
• Support action plans with the leadership team to improve results and execute operations.
• Perform opening/closing routines, deposits, shipments, and disseminate directives.
• Set the day/shift direction for associates as they arrive.
• Provide performance feedback and recommendations to leadership.
• Lead in-store experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with customers and make personalized recommendations.
• Train, coach, reward, and motivate associates to improve selling and experience.
• Enforce selling expectations, results, and accountability.
• Maintain safety standards and visual appearance; lift up to 50 pounds.
