Kendra Scott is seeking a full-time Assistant Manager to serve as the Store Manager’s support, leading a team to deliver an exceptional WOW guest experience. The role centers on training, coaching, and executing brand standards while driving sales and community engagement.

The ideal candidate will have retail leadership experience, strong communication, adaptability, and a passion for the Kendra Scott culture focused on Family, Fashion, and Philanthropy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Retail management experience preferred
• Ability to lead and develop teams and drive KPIs
• Must be over the age of 18
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods
