Responsibilities

• Acts as a brand ambassador and reflects company values; partners with store leadership to create an engaging experience for FP Movement customers.
• Creates selling initiatives that enhance the customer experience and builds relationships through personalized service and product recommendations.
• Promotes FP Movement events and drives engagement in collaboration with fitness/wellness partners.
• Uses store and online event information to enhance the customer omni-channel experience.
• Supports daily store operations, inventory control, and execution of visual standards.
• Guides and develops Stylist team, promoting growth and career progression.
