Job summary

URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. seeks a Key Holder for our Glendale FP Movement store located at 100 W Broadway, Glendale, CA 91210. This role supports the store leadership in supervising operations and delivering an engaging customer experience.

You will drive sales, share product knowledge, and mentor teammates while maintaining FP Movement brand standards and omni-channel processes. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community.
• Experience being a team player.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a brand ambassador and reflects the company values; partners with the store leadership team on creating an engaging experience that appeals to the FP Movement customer.
• Creates selling initiatives that enhance the customer experience; encourages the team to build lasting relationships through personalized service, product recommendations, and connecting with the customer on shared interests of wellness and fitness.
• Promotes FP Movement events and drives engagement; supports events in collaboration with fitness and wellness partners.
• Uses technology to stay informed on events and offers in store and online to enhance the customer experience with an omni perspective.
• Manages store environment and customer experience by maintaining pace, positivity, and daily zone responsibilities.
• Teaches and shares product knowledge, brand messaging, and customer engagement techniques with the Stylist team.
