Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in Annapolis, MD seeks a Part-time Key Lead to ensure a quality in-store experience. You’ll act as Floor Supervisor, coach Brand Reps, and support stock associates to keep store operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities include opening/closing routines, POS operation, omni-channel fulfillment, product knowledge, visual displays, and inventory control. Shifts include weekends and holidays with 12–16 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/ G.E.D. preferred, or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience is not required.
• Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill Omni Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and embody company culture and values.
