Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is hiring a part-time Brand Ambassador in Altoona, IA to bring our brand to life in-store. You will ensure every guest has an amazing shopping experience, share product knowledge, and promote AE loyalty programs while representing our values with authenticity.

You will move between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed, resolving guest questions and contributing to a positive, energetic store environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent people skills and customer-service mindset.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Passion for AE and Aerie products and brand.
• Experience in retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they’re looking for.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make tailored recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policies.
• Collaborate with teammates to get the job done as a team.
• Maintain integrity and adhere to AE policies and procedures.
