Thrive Causemetics in Playa Vista, CA is seeking a Studio, Guest & Concierge Experience coordinator to own the studio operations, shade matching, and on-set support, delivering a high-touch, brand-consistent visitor experience.

You will handle day-to-day studio tasks, coordinate shoots, assist talent and makeup teams, and help maintain a warm, organized environment for guests, creators, and partners across shoots and CX initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, guest or client experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Based in or near Playa Vista and able to work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Host the Playa Vista studio and greet guests.
• Manage studio operations: mail, supplies, vendor coordination.
• Support shoot days with on-set logistics and makeup/hair team.
• Maintain on-brand staging and AV setup.
