Key Responsibilities

Client Experience & Front Desk Excellence

• The First Impression: Greet clients warmly, manage the check-in/out process seamlessly, and set a positive, welcoming tone for their visit.
• Communication Hub: Handle phone calls, texts, and emails promptly, answering questions and managing the studio booking schedule with high attention to detail.
• Client Education: Educate new and returning clients on our unique services, explaining the science and benefits behind our treatments to maximize their experience.
• Hands-On Guidance: Assist and guide clients through setting up and utilizing our specialized wellness treatments when needed.

Social Media & Brand Engagement

• Community Management: Monitor and respond to DMs, comments, and inquiries across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms in a timely, on-brand voice.
• Content Support: Capture the vibe of the studio by helping create fun, engaging daily content (stories, reels, BTS updates) to showcase the Bodyshape lifestyle.
• Detail-Oriented Aesthetic: Maintain a spotless, organized, and highly presentable studio environment throughout the day.
• Operational Readiness: Ensure all treatment rooms and common areas are consistently clean, stocked, and inviting for every guest.
