Thrive Causemetics in Playa Vista, CA is seeking a Studio, Guest & Concierge Experience specialist to own the Playa Vista studio operations. You will host guests and partners from arrival through wrap, manage shade matching, keep the space shoot-ready, and run day-to-day operations including mail, supplies, and vendor coordination.

This role blends hospitality with production support in a fast-paced beauty environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, guest or client experience, production support, retail beauty, or customer service.
• Ability to move between high-energy shoot days and CX days.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a clear brand voice.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage your own to-do list.
• Based in or near Playa Vista and able to work on-site, including shoot days.
• Willing to roster a consistent schedule within the studio's 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM window, with weekend shift flexibility as needed.

Responsibilities

• Host the Playa Vista studio from guest arrival through wrap, setting the tone for guests, creators, artists, and partners.
• Own shade matching during visits, greet clients, assess undertone and finish, and match products to create an experience.
• Keep the studio shoot-ready with product staging, sample organization, and general upkeep.
• Run day-to-day operations: mail, deliveries, scanning, supplies, vendor and visitor coordination.
• Keep studio screens and AV in working order for meetings, shoots, and guest moments.
• Plan and schedule team events and internal moments: learning days, celebrations, all-hands.
• Gifting, PR & seeding: manage closet, shipment, and ensure brand-aligned packaging.
• Collaborate with CX to bring on-set perspective to customer experience and maintain brand voice.
• Support on-set makeup/hair teams: call sheets, kit needs, timing, and comfort.
