Old Navy in Rapid City, SD is seeking a FT Brand Associate to bring our brand to life for customers, delivering excellent service and educating customers on products to inspire wardrobes. You will work with leadership to provide a best-in-class customer experience across channels.

As a Brand Associate you will promote loyalty, assist on the sales floor, support fittings and checkout, keep the store tidy and organized, and ensure smooth operational processes daily.

Qualifications

• Good communicator with customers and team.
• Customer-focused service provider on and off the sales floor.
• Passionate about retail and fast-paced environments.
• Problem solver with continuous improvement mindset.
• Willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and navigate the store environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and educate customers about products.
• Engage with customers to drive sales and loyalty programs.
• Deliver an omni-channel shopping experience with leadership collaboration.
• Support sales floor, fitting rooms, cash wrap and back of house as needed.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized work area.
