Banana Republic is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers by delivering excellent service, educating on products, and guiding wardrobe choices. You will collaborate with leadership to provide a best-in-class customer experience using an omni-channel approach.

You will engage customers, drive sales with suggestive selling, and support store operations on the sales floor, fitting rooms, and cash wrap.
