Job summary

Banana Republic is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers. You’ll educate on products, inspire wardrobe choices, and deliver a best-in-class experience through an omni-channel approach.

You’ll engage customers, promote loyalty, and support store operations while maintaining a neat workspace. This role requires a customer-focused mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• A good communicator with customers and team to meet goals.
• Customer-focused service provider to deliver exceptional experiences.
• Passionate about retail and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem solver, open to feedback and continuous improvement.
• Agreeable to a flexible schedule including holidays, evenings and weekends.
• Able to utilize retail technology and POS systems.
• Able to move around the sales floor and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Consistently treat all customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Promote loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.
• Seek out and engage with customers to drive sales and service using suggestive selling.
• Enhance customer experience using all omnichannel offerings.
• Be accountable to personal goals which contribute to overall store goals and results.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, back of house, as required.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized work center.
• Handle all customer interactions and potential issues—returns courteously and professionally.
• Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.
