Job summary

Banana Republic is seeking a Brand Associate to embody the brand on the sales floor. You will engage with customers, educate them about products and loyalty programs, and contribute to a best-in-class shopping experience using an omni-channel approach.

You will collaborate with leadership to meet personal and store goals while supporting operations and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for shoppers.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented with a focus on helping customers find products and solutions.
• Experience in retail environments and handling POS transactions preferred.
• Comfort with using technology tools and mobile devices on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and build brand loyalty.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs.
• Drive sales using suggestive selling and product knowledge.
• Support omnichannel shopping experiences across in-store and digital touchpoints.
• Maintain a neat, organized store and assist with daily operations.
