Job summary

AEO Newark, DE seeks a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store and provide an amazing shopping experience. You are the face of our brand, passionate about AE & Aerie products, and ready to build loyalty with every guest.

You’ll engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model, educate them on product details, promote the loyalty program, and flex across multiple store areas while upholding company values and integrity.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people and can handle multiple tasks.
• Availability for evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Retail experience preferred; entry age is 16+.

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage guests and help find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make fitting recommendations.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Be a reliable team player and contribute to #gettingthejobdone.
