Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Norman, Oklahoma is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life daily.

You will create an amazing shopping experience, be the face of the brand, and share product knowledge with guests while building loyalty and representing AE values. You will flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, engage guests with the AEO Selling Model, and participate in the loyalty program.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy interacting with guests and providing friendly service.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help find exactly what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make personalized recommendations.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Adapt across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following store policies.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a great guest experience.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
