Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. seeks a Part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in Tulsa. You will create an amazing shopping experience, be the face of the brand, and build loyalty with every guest by sharing product knowledge and the AE/Aerie story.

The role requires energy, flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a passion for retail. You’ll rotate across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, delivering friendly service while upholding store

Qualifications

• You're a people person and can engage with guests
• Energetic and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced store
• Experience in retail is preferred and helpful

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to find products they love
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest items that fit their needs
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy
• Be a team player and support the store team to get the job done
• Maintain integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures
