Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Oklahoma City to bring the brand to life in-store. You will deliver an amazing shopping experience, educate guests on AE and Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program, while staying energetic and friendly.

You will rotate across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed, delivering friendly service and solving issues while upholding company policies. Prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Comfort with promoting loyalty programs and brand channels.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items to fit their needs.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy and maintaining a positive attitude.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals and deliver great service.
