Job summary

AEO is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Bethesda, MD to bring our brand to life for every guest. You will be the face of our company, delivering an amazing shopping experience and building brand loyalty with customers.

You'll educate guests on AE & Aerie products, share the brand love, and collaborate across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom to ensure exceptional service. AEO values integrity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple guests
• 16 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items to fit needs
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed
• Resolve guest concerns promptly while following company policy
• Support the team to get the job done collaboratively
