2020 Companies, Inc. is hiring full-time Brand Ambassadors to represent a premium tobacco brand at retail locations across your territory, including Sacramento.

You will engage adults in one-on-one conversations, gather feedback, and promote offers in a fast-paced retail setting. Candidates should be energetic, confident communicators with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to travel regularly within the territory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled retail activations within an assigned geographic territory.
• Engage adult tobacco consumers in compliant conversations about tobacco products.
• Verify age eligibility and ensure all interactions comply with company policies, local regulations, and program guidelines.
• Administer consumer surveys and accurately collect market feedback and insights.
• Distribute approved promotional materials and consumer offers, including coupons and incentives.
• Educate consumers on available promotions.
• Travel throughout the territory to support scheduled retail visits and events.
