Job summary

2020 Companies is hiring full-time Brand Ambassadors to represent a premium tobacco brand at retail locations across the territory. You will engage adult consumers in one-on-one conversations, share brand offers, gather feedback, and distribute promotions while meeting store standards and compliance.

Ideal candidates are outgoing, confident communicators with a flair for building rapport. No tobacco experience required; a great personality and reliable transportation are essential, and travel

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable engaging consumers in a retail environment.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled retail activations within an assigned geographic territory.
• Engage adult tobacco consumers in compliant conversations about tobacco products.
• Verify age eligibility and ensure interactions comply with policies and regulations.
• Administer consumer surveys and collect market feedback and insights.
• Distribute promotional materials and consumer offers, including coupons and incentives.
• Travel throughout the territory to support scheduled retail visits and events.
