Job summary

2020 Companies, Inc. is seeking energetic Brand Ambassadors to represent a premium tobacco brand at retail locations across the territory.

You will engage adults in conversations, share promotions, gather feedback, and help drive brand awareness while traveling between stores. No tobacco industry experience required; a great personality, confidence in engaging with people, and reliable transportation are key.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 21 years old with reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled retail activations within an assigned geographic territory.
• Engage adult tobacco consumers in meaningful, compliant conversations about tobacco products.
• Verify age eligibility and ensure all interactions comply with company policies, local regulations, and program guidelines.
• Administer consumer surveys and accurately collect market feedback and insights.
• Distribute approved promotional materials and consumer offers, including coupons and incentives.
• Educate consumers on available promotions and encourage purchase consideration.
• Build positive relationships with retail personnel and store management.
• Accurately document activity results, consumer interactions, and survey completion through designated reporting systems.
