Job summary

2020 Companies, Inc. is seeking energetic Brand Ambassadors for full-time work in the California territory, including Sacramento. You will represent a premium brand at retail locations, engage adults in conversations, gather feedback, and distribute offers.

No tobacco experience required, just a great personality and confidence in engaging customers. Compensation starts at $25 per hour with weekly pay, mileage and travel time covered, and benefits eligibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in brand ambassador, retail sales, customer service, hospitality, events, or promo marketing preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled retail activations within an assigned geographic territory.
• Engage adult tobacco consumers in compliant conversations about tobacco products.
• Verify age eligibility and ensure interactions comply with policies and regulations.
• Administer consumer surveys and collect market feedback and insights.
• Distribute approved promotional materials and consumer offers, including coupons.
• Educate consumers on available promotions and incentives.
• Encourage purchase consideration through consultative engagement.
• Maintain program materials and activation assets in a professional manner.
• Travel throughout the territory to support scheduled visits and events.
