Responsibilities include engaging guests, educating them on product details, and promoting the AE loyalty program. You will flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room, and stockroom while upholding store policies and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make tailored recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest questions and issues promptly while following store policies.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store goals.
