You’ll educate guests on AE & Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom while upholding company policies.

You will engage with guests, share product details, participate in store contests, and maintain brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make tailored recommendations.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly while following store policies.
• Support team goals and contribute to a positive store environment.
