Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You will create an amazing shopping experience, educate guests on AE & Aerie products, and promote loyalty programs with a friendly, energetic attitude.

You’ll move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed, solving guest concerns while upholding store policies. Join a team that values integrity and customer connection.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• Energetic and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Retail experience preferred.
• You’re at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they’re looking for.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make suggestions that fit their needs.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Be a team player and assist teammates to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and follow AEO policies and procedures.
