Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service to all customers. Anticipate needs, initiate conversation, and offer product support and styling guidance across categories.
• Sales Floor Maintenance: Support product replenishment and maintain a clean, organized sales environment with presentation standards.
• Cash Wrap Operations: Process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately while ensuring a friendly checkout experience.
• Online Orders: Support Save the Sale, In-Store Pick-Up, and ship-from-store packaging.
