Job summary

You’ll help shoppers find products, maintain an appealing store environment, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere in a fast-paced setting. You’ll support replenishment, merchandising standards, and a smooth checkout while assisting with in-store pick-up and ship-from-store orders.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service to all customers; anticipate needs, initiate conversation in a natural way, and offer product support and styling guidance across categories.
• Support product replenishment and maintain a clean, organized, and visually consistent sales environment; ensure folding, hanging, sizing, and presentation standards are met.
• Accurately and efficiently process purchases, returns, and exchanges while ensuring a friendly and positive checkout experience.
• Create a seamless omni‑channel experience by supporting Save the Sale orders, fulfilling In‑Store Pick‑Up, and packaging ship‑from‑store orders.
