You will help customers find what they need and maintain a well-presented store environment. Responsibilities include delivering warm service, supporting replenishment and checkout processes, and enabling seamless in-store and online order experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service to all customers. Anticipate needs, initiate conversation in a comfortable and natural way, and offer product support and styling guidance across categories.
• Support product replenishment and maintain a clean, organized, and visually consistent sales environment.
• Accurately and efficiently process purchases, returns, and exchanges while ensuring a friendly checkout experience.
• Create a seamless omni-channel experience by supporting Save the Sale orders, fulfilling In-Store Pick-Up, and packaging ship-from-store orders.
