Job summary

Mondelez International in Lima, OH is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to drive retail execution for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You will stock shelves, set up displays, and ensure products are in stock.

You’ll visit stores, build relationships with store staff, order products via iPad, and follow RTM plans. This role requires a valid driver's license, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and open weekday availability, including one weekend day.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Must be able to drive personal vehicle to multiple store locations; mileage reimbursed.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DMI Merchandising Excellence; capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of our brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for shelf and display using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Stay Safe & Compliant; perform physical activities like lifting, bending, and moving product.
