Job summary

Mondelez International Inc. in Madison, WI is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store. You will stock shelves, build displays, and keep products in stock.

You will serve as the brand face, build retailer relationships, place iPad orders, and execute RTM-promoted displays per plans. This role requires physical work and a valid WI driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive own vehicle with insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs, with occasional handling up to 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Madison, WI; secondary locations Middleton/Verona, WI.
• Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday; Start Time 06:00 AM–08:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store professionally to store teams and shoppers.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store personnel and customers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence; capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Place orders via iPad to maintain shelf and display stock using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure RTM plan compliance.
• Follow daily schedules and RTM priorities for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Maintain safety and handle physical tasks required to move products.
