Mondelez International is seeking a full-time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic snacks like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in retail. You will stock shelves, execute displays, and ensure products are readily available for shoppers in Howell and Brighton, MI.

Daily responsibilities include in-store representation, building relationships with store staff, ordering products via iPad, and implementing promotional displays.

Formación

• Age 18+ with valid driver’s license in your state.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Must be able to drive personal vehicle with insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs and move products in a retail setting.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Howell, MI; secondary location Brighton, MI.
• Schedule availability: Off Wed & Sun; Start Time 7:00am.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Serve as the face of the company to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence; capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure RTM plan compliance.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Stay safe and compliant; perform physical tasks including lifting and moving products.
