Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to staff retail shelves with Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You’ll perform in-store merchandising, stock displays, place orders via iPad, and capture photos to ensure products are in stock and well presented.

You’ll travel to Thornton, CO and nearby areas, working five days per week starting early, with opportunities for career progression and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Must be able to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 25 lbs; occasionally 50+ lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence, capturing display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights to your RTM and management team.
• Stay safe and compliant, including lifting, bending, and moving products.
