Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in stores. You will stock shelves, build displays, and ensure products are in stock while following RTM plans.

This frontline role requires driving to various stores, lifting up to 50 lbs, and delivering excellent service to store teams and shoppers. Primary locations include Howell, MI with secondary Brighton, MI.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.
• Prior retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service and professional demeanor required.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Deliver outstanding service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos via DMI.
• Build relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Place orders via iPad to maintain stock using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure RTM plan compliance.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM.
• Support seasonal sales and new product launches.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
