Mondelēz International is hiring a Full-Time Merchandiser Order Writer to bring iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, and Triscuit to life in-store. You will stock shelves, build displays, and ensure products are in stock while working closely with store teams and RTMs.

You’ll use iPad-based ordering (Salesforce) and participate in DMI photo captures, execute planograms, and support seasonal launches across multiple local stores in the Dorchester/Medford area.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years retail/consumer goods experience.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Dorchester, MA.
• Schedule: 4 days/week and 1 weekend day.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence and capture display photos (DMI).
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel (receivers/managers).
• Order product via iPad using Salesforce to maintain stock.
• Implement promotional displays per RTM plans.
• Follow daily RTM schedules for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal launches and events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM/management.
• Lift, bend, and move product safely throughout the day.
• Travel to multiple store locations as needed.
