You will stock shelves, build displays, place orders via iPad using Salesforce, and collaborate with store teams to ensure in-stock conditions and optimal shelf visibility.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in retail, a valid driver's license, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or obtain while gaining skills.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance to stores.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM.
• Support seasonal product launches and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Maintain safety by lifting, bending and moving products as needed.
