Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring a Full-Time Merchandiser Order Writer to bring world-famous snacks like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store. You’ll stock shelves, build displays, and ensure products are always in stock.

You’ll travel to a variety of stores within the territory, place orders via iPad, and collaborate with RTMs to execute planograms and promotions, while upholding safety standards and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with valid driver’s license in residence state.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or obtainable during employment.
• 1–3 years of retail or consumer goods experience preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance to multiple locations.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs and moving products.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity as the face of the brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Visit stores daily following DSD Merchandising Excellence; capture display photos via digital merchandising tools.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support brand visibility.
• Place product orders via iPad using Salesforce to maintain stock on shelves and displays.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure planogram compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow RTM-directed schedules for efficient coverage across stores.
• Support seasonal launches and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or issues to RTM and management.
