Job summary

Mondelez International in Colorado is seeking a full-time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring Oreo, Ritz, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store. You will stock shelves, execute displays, and ensure our iconic brands are front and center for shoppers.

Represent Mondele z in-store with professionalism; build relationships with store personnel, process orders on iPad using Salesforce, and follow RTM plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18+ with valid drivers license.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondele z in-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence as you are the face of these iconic brands/owner of the biscuit aisle.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following Mondele zf DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos, via DMI.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of our brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for both shelf and display using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM-negotiated plans with the stores.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage among your retail team and colleagues.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and management team.
• Stay Safe & Compliant, embracing the physical nature of the role including lifting, bending, and moving product.
