Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic snacks like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in stores across Colorado. You will stock shelves, build displays, and ensure products are in stock, while engaging store teams and shoppers with excellent service.

The role emphasizes front-line merchandising, relationship building with store personnel, and adherence to RTM plans, with a focus on safety and physical work as required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 25 lbs and occasionally over 50 lbs; moving products to shelves and stock rooms.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence; capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure RTM plan compliance with stores.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
