Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to ensure in-store excellence for iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, and Chips Ahoy!. You will visit stores, stock shelves, set up displays, and place orders via iPad, maintaining perfect in-stock conditions and strong relationships with store staff.

You’ll drive to assigned locations in the Gladstone area, work four weekdays and one weekend day, and start by 7 am.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to drive your personal vehicle with insurance coverage.
• Live within 25-35 miles of Gladstone, MO; secondary location North Kansas City, MO.
• Four weekdays and one weekend day, start by 7 am; able to perform physical tasks (lift up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and excellence.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos.
• Build strong relationships with store personnel to support visibility and execution.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Assist with seasonal sales, new launches, and merchandising events.
