Job summary

Mondelez International Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic snacks like Oreo and Ritz to life in stores. You will build relationships, stock shelves, and execute displays while ensuring products are in-stock and well-presented.

You’ll travel to primary and secondary Florida locations, follow RTM plans, and use Salesforce on an iPad to place orders. This role emphasizes reliability, physical work, and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with insurance to various store locations.
• Able to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional 50 lbs.
• Retail / grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles of The Villages, FL; secondary locations Belleview, FL and Wildwood, FL.
• Schedule: Sunday-Thursday.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Serve as the face of the company to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following merchandising standards, capturing display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Stay safe and compliant, handling lifting and moving products as required.
