Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic brands like Oreo and Chips Ahoy! to life in U.S. stores. You will manage shelves, displays, and stock, while maintaining strong relationships with store teams and managers.

You will work on iPad-based ordering, use Salesforce for in-stock management, and support promotional campaigns. The role requires physical activity and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment with lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional 50+ lbs.
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism as the face of the brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Visit stores daily following DSD Merchandising Excellence and capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support brand visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans with stores.
• Follow daily schedules set by the RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales and new product launches in-store.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to the RTM and management.
