Job summary

Mondelez International Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store, stocking shelves, building displays, and ensuring products are in stock.

You will visit stores, take photos for displays, place orders via iPad (Salesforce), and coordinate with store teams to keep promotions on plan and shelves full.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license for the state of residence.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and push/pull up to 50 lbs as part of merchandising tasks.
• Retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Corsicana, TX and be willing to travel to Hillsboro, TX as needed.
• Schedule availability: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday; 15–20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism as the face of the brands.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering excellent customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits, capture display photos, and follow DMI merchandising standards in Salesforce.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Stay safe and compliant; perform physical merchandising tasks including lifting and bending.
