Mondelez International is hiring a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to lead in-store execution for iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, and Chips Ahoy! You will visit multiple store locations, stock shelves, build displays, and place orders via iPad with Salesforce to ensure products are in stock.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, relationship-building with store personnel, and adherence to safety and merchandising standards across scheduled routes and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and have a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to work weekends/holidays as needed.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Seattle, WA; Shoreline/Edmonds/Kenmore areas included.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Serve as the face of the company to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel for visibility and execution.
• Order product via iPad using Salesforce to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure RTM plan compliance.
• Follow RTM schedules for efficient coverage across retail teams.
• Support seasonal sales and new product launches.
• Communicate store-level insights or issues to RTM and management.
• Comply with safety requirements including lifting and moving products.
