Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, and Chips Ahoy! to life in-store. You will stock shelves, arrange displays, and ensure products are available for customers as they shop.

You will visit stores, place orders via iPad, and collaborate with store personnel. This role requires early start times, physical activity, and a commitment to safe, compliant merchandising practices.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years or older and have a valid driver’s license issued by your state.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Conduct daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence; capture display photos via DMI/Salesforce.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for shelf and display using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities for efficient coverage with the retail team.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Uphold safety and physical requirements of the role.
