Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store. You’ll work face-to-face with store teams, stock shelves, and execute displays to keep our iconic brands front and center.

Open availability including weekends and holidays, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs are required. The role offers hourly pay and a path for advancement within our nationwide merchandising

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to drive to multiple store locations.
• Experience in retail merchandising or grocery settings is a plus.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service and professional store interactions.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and excellence, as the face of the brands.
• Serve store personnel and shoppers with outstanding customer service.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos using DMI/Salesforce.
• Build strong relationships with store staff to support visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for shelf and display.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure RTM plan compliance.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights and issues to RTM and management.
